Consumers

The Company will employ a variety of media, program and product development, business development and promotional activities to achieve its sales goals. These activities will include: advertising and public relations, to include TV and print advertising in specialized and general circulation newspapers and magazines, online advertising, limited direct mail programs designed to both drive customer usage and enhance the Company’s brand, Search Engine advertising and creation of a strong Associates Program. Finally, the Company plans to undertake significant public relations activities to raise awareness of its brand and drive customers to its sites.

Advertisers

The Company plans to pursue a direct sales approach to identify and convert advertisers for both HyperOutlet and ClimateMall.
