Responsibilities:
- Product Management of subsystem branded product category.
- Product selection and assortment decisions
- Drive sales through in-store product positioning, sales analysis and select promotions
- Drive category margin improvement through sales analysis
- Develop, negotiate and implement back-end accrual programs and placement commitments
- Develop productive relationships with key business partners, including external Vendor Representatives, Store Operations and Communications, Fulfilment and Logistics, Worldwide Retail Merchants, Online Store Merchants, Store Managers, and In-store Merchandising Specialists
- Able to develop relationships with business partners at all levels
- Thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment, operating both at a strategic and tactical level
- Project management and process improvement experience
- Flexible, multi-talented candidate required as areas of responsibility are subject to change with assortment changes and business needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management, multi-tasking and organisational skill
- Ability to work independently and as part of team
- Strong data analysis skills, with Excel proficiency
- Multiple European language fluency an asset
